TECHNICAL DETAIL:  AT-D 90 DOUBLE ACTING PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR

Keeping the quality guidelines in consideration AT-D 90 Double Acting Pneumatic Actuator is made using high quality raw materials only. Quality tested Aluminium alloy(Hard Anodization) is used to manufacture the body structure & piston of actuator and Nickle Alloy Plated Steel is used for manufacture shaft. DOUBLE ACTING OPERATION DIAGRAM:

  • Selection of Double-Acting Actuators. The suggested safety factor for double-acting actuators under normal working conditions is 20% - 30%

For Example:

  • Valve Torque= 100 N.m
  • Safety Factor Torque= 100 x (1+30%) = 130 N.m.
  • Air Supply= 5 Bar According to double-acting torque table, minimum model AT-125 can be selected.
